This Privacy Policy explains how TIDE 360 (“TIDE 360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit https://www.tide360.ai, contact us through our chat widget or forms, purchase our products, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use the Services.

Information you provide

• Contact details — your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you submit our chat widget, contact form, or booking form.
• Business details — information about your company, industry, and needs that you share with us.
• Communications — the content of messages, inquiries, and support requests you send to us.
• Payment information — when you purchase, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps.
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies & Tracking Technologies” below).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services;

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you may receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from TIDE 360. Participation is voluntary.

• How you opt in: You opt in through the chat widget or a form on https://www.tide360.ai by entering your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Message types: Customer-care messages (such as replies to your inquiries, appointment reminders, and account or service updates) and, only where you have separately consented, promotional messages (such as offers and announcements).
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP, or contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who perform support services on our behalf (such as customer service and message delivery) is permitted solely to operate the Services. All other categories of use exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this SMS opt-in information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and secure the site, remember your preferences, understand how the Services are used, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions. We honor applicable browser or platform signals where required by law.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

• Service providers: vendors who host our platform, deliver messages, process payments, or provide analytics, bound by contract to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TIDE 360, our users, or the public.

As stated above, SMS/text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates.

Google User Data

TIDE 360’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we access

Where you connect a Google account, and only with your explicit permission, we access: the sender, subject line, and short preview text of messages in your Gmail mailbox together with your mailbox labels; documents you have placed in your own knowledge base folder in Google Drive; and the calendars you choose to connect. We do not read full email message bodies.

How we use it

Gmail data is used to categorize your mail, apply a category label to it, star messages that need your attention, and move routine notifications out of your inbox. Drive data is used so your AI employees can answer questions from your own documents. Calendar data is used to show you your schedule and to create or amend appointments you ask for.

What we never do

We never send email from your account. We never delete your email; archiving removes a message from your inbox only, and it remains in All Mail. We never create, modify, or delete files in your Google Drive. We never sell or rent Google user data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train or improve any generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

Service providers

To categorize your mail we transmit only the sender, subject, and preview text to our artificial intelligence provider. That provider does not retain this information to train its models. We do not store message content; we retain only the category assigned to each message.

Your control

You can disconnect any Google account at any time from within TIDE 360, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting stops all access immediately.

6. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• Unsubscribe from texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Unsubscribe from emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Access, update, or delete: request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will honor valid requests as required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
